I was thinking about flying on cereal rye this year into corn. Any recommendations on timing and rate?  This is my first year doing this but I did get a contract with the NRCS.

I snapped this photo in one of my later planted fields.  I can't tell whether this is sulfur or zinc deficiency.  Can anyone tell?  Also, is it worth doing a tissue test?

As anyone used gibberellic acid in pastures?  What exectly is it doing and when should I apply it?  Has there been an studies showing increase tonnage of hay or silage?

My chemical rep wants me to try approach prima this year.  I haven't had too much of an issue with grey leaf spot or rust.  Do you think it's worth it?  And if so, when should I have it flown on?
